How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5-7 business days across India. Express delivery: 2-3 business days for metro cities. All orders include complimentary shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across India. International shipping coming soon. Contact our concierge for special arrangements.
Can I track my order?
Yes! You'll receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return window from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Return shipping is complimentary.
How do I initiate a return?
Contact our WhatsApp concierge at +91 95608 65756 with your order ID. We'll arrange doorstep pickup.
Can I exchange for a different piece?
Absolutely. Contact us within 7 days and we'll arrange an exchange. Exchanges ship free.

Product Care

How do I care for my leather bag?
Store in the dust bag provided. Keep away from direct sunlight. Condition with a quality leather conditioner every 3-6 months. Avoid water exposure.
Can scratches be fixed?
Minor scratches on full-grain leather can be buffed out with a soft cloth. For deeper marks, contact us for complimentary repair guidance.
Does the bag come with a dust bag?
Every LA Sachi piece comes with a premium cotton dust bag, care card, and authenticity certificate.

What payment methods do you accept?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, RuPay), Net Banking, No-Cost EMI, and Cash on Delivery.
Is EMI available?
Yes! No-cost EMI is available on select cards from HDFC, ICICI, SBI, Axis, and Bajaj Finserv. Select EMI at checkout to see tenure options.
Is my payment secure?
All payments are processed through Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption and PCI DSS Level 1 compliance.
