  • Avoid placing your bag on floors — use a bag hook or chair

  • Use a leather-specific cleaner — never household detergents or alcohol
  • Test any product on a hidden area first (inside flap or bottom)
  • For saffiano and embossed leathers: use a slightly damp cloth for surface marks
  • For full-grain and calfskin: use a dedicated leather conditioner every 3-4 months

  • Stuff with acid-free tissue paper to maintain shape — never newspaper
  • Store upright in a cool, dry place with adequate ventilation
  • Never store in plastic bags — leather needs to breathe

  • Avoid contact with perfume, sanitizer, and cosmetics near hardware
  • Zip closures gently — forcing zips damages both the zip and surrounding leather
  • If hardware tarnishes, use a mild brass cleaner with a cotton swab

  • Ink stains: apply rubbing alcohol with a cotton swab immediately
  • Oil/grease: sprinkle cornstarch, let sit 4 hours, then brush off gently
  • Water marks: dampen the entire panel evenly and let dry naturally
